This is the second book I read by Megan Lally and while it wasn’t as amazing as her first book, it was still an overall good read. I will definitely continue picking up her work and binging it as it releases. I enjoy her writing style and how easily she is able to transport the reader from present to past and back to the present again. She is great at narrating through multiple POV’s and her characters flow effortlessly with one another.
The only reason my review isn’t rated higher than the 3-stars is because I was able to figure out the culprit behind it all. I’m usually clueless and left in the dark when it comes to psychological thrillers so if I was able to figure it out easily then it was probably extremely obvious to others as well. It was worth the read and I can’t wait to see what she puts out next!
