I read this book immediately after finishing The Six Wives of Henry VIII, and I'll be honest, I prefer the non-fiction. Not to say that this wasn't a nice read, especially if you don't read the other book first, but between knowing what was going to happen and how surprisingly good the non-fiction was, it led to a tiny bit of disappointment. I think I'll wait a bit to read the Anne Boleyn book.
