Atonement by Kirsten Beyer

3.0

I was really interested in the arc with Tom Paris, Seven and Wildmans trying to uncover a conspiracy at Starfleet Medical. I also was pretty in to the bits with Cambridge, the Doctor and Barlcay trying to solve the mystery of the Doctor's flawed programming. Meanwhile, Janeway and the rest of the Voyager gang are stuck in some lame episode of Babylon 5.
I appreciate the attempt to believably keep the Voyager crew working together a group, but I think it just gets too convoluted. I preferred the brief time with Chakotay as Captain, having more straight forward adventures. As much as I love Janeway (and I do), her return has not helped this story.
