This is my first Sally Rooney book and it is safe to say that I am a convert. I love her writing. It is so clean and authentic and every sentence is written with so much clarity. I drank this book. Somehow despite the open ending I was thoroughly satisfied. I realise this book might not be for everyone but the writing is fresh and introspective so go into this with an open mind.
