I wanted to love this, but Faithbreaker didn’t quite land for me. While the world and characters still hold potential, the pacing dragged. There were a lot of battles and action scenes, but they started to blur together and lose impact. The main characters spent much of the book apart, which made it harder to stay emotionally invested in their journeys.
It felt like the story was building to something big, but took too long to get there—and along the way, I found myself bored more often than not.
