Amazing, simply amazing. The authors notes at the end are so helpful too, for this white, American girl to not just read through Bree’s perspective in the story, but to have a glimpse at the underlying meaning that I can never truly understand, but appreciate the author’s efforts to explain and tell through story and history. The third book can’t come fast enough. (And the extended chapter at the end 🔥 the detail between Sel and Nick from their beginnings! ❤️)
