The Second Kind of Impossible: The Extraordinary Quest for a New Form of Matter by Paul J. Steinhardt

5.0

This is a wonderful book that taught me about a branch of science I knew nothing about and combined with a rip-roaring detective story that takes the beginning of our solar system, KGB agents, illegal mineral dealing and a journey to Siberia.
I really liked it showed science and scientific discovery is not some dry boring event but an exciting up and down journey of discovery.
