☁️ THOUGHTS:
A fight over houses for sale - sounds simple, right? It’s not. Do not judge this book by its cover.. The story I got was not what I was expecting when I picked this up: there’s so much more to it than the synopsis suggests and I was HERE for it 👏🏼 I just wish I’d picked it up sooner!

It’s so difficult to review this without giving anything away (I’d recommend going into this blind!!) Chilling, clever and twisted, this kept me guessing till the very end. The plot and characters were so interesting, in particular Millie who was loveable and terrifying in equal measures. Everyone was cast in a suspicious light, keeping tension high throughout the plot.

I loved the ‘psychopathy talk’ transcripts, narrated by an unknown character, which broke up the chapters and I spent the whole book thinking the narrator was someone completely different to who it was.

The ending was shocking and dark, but tied together perfectly. I would highly recommend picking this up, just be aware there is some DV content throughout the plot. This was my first book by Stimson but it certainly won’t be my last 🙌🏼
