Hard to follow sometimes because the narrator is so unreliable. To the point that at the end you still aren’t sure what parts are true. That is the beauty and the downfall of this book. I like the twist but I would have liked one character that could have given a more unbiased summary because not knowing for sure what happens feels a little like a waste of time although the writing especially the coma sections were excellent
