Suspense and curiosity convinced me to keep on reading this book when the characters were sometimes frustrating.
“You’re not autistic, are you?” Julia said finally. “You’re worried about my feelings.”

I expected a therapist to be a little more informed. But it is 2006, so.

It wasn’t top tier but it did keep me entertained and invested enough in Alice and her wolf pup to not DNF. Yayy!
