Their letters weren’t just hate mail, they were fully BURNING each other. The banter from such a young age, for so long as well, had me in stitches. The lengths she went to just to track Luca down, when all along he was right in front of her?! Completely called it when he didn’t react to her name dropping Luca after the adult time, but even with how obvious it was I was enthralled with the book. My heart broke for Luca and all he went through with his family but was glad he got to have his dad back and his pen pal, FINALLY! I need Anne and Patrick’s book now 👀 hint hint Donna
