J.D and the Great Barber Battle by J. Dillard and Akeem S. Roberts is a dynamic story and it totally reminded me of my brother. J.D was creative and had such an eye for details. An entrepreneur at young age too. I can’t wait to share this story with my young gentlemen. I also loved the illustration style of Akeem. The images will allow my students to see themselves in books.
