A quick read. Predictable storyline but I managed to connect with Caleb enough that it kept me reading. I'm not overly religious and while the book does center on faith it's not too pushy about it. I was more intrigued by the firefighting scenarios and how Caleb's job affected his marriage because it hits very close to home. Unfortunately I did not connect or particularly root for Catherine, as some of her actions disturbed me. I was left wondering how Caleb dealt with what she had done.
