Rules Of Prey by John Sandford
4.0

We have a loner cop and a crazed maddog killer working circles around each other. Davenport is a video game developer by night and womanizing detective by day (and night). The killer is 'working through" some childhood issues by killing women. The last half of the book flew by as cop and killer get closer and closer.

I was surprised by how much I enjoyed this book. John Sandford has a clean writing style and good character development. I'm looking forward to digging into the rest of the series.
