Received a digital copy free from Dark Lit Press' free horror library. All opinions remain 100% genuine.

Such a short story packed a disturbing punch. I feel like the majority of us humans have had some minor or major fear of the dentist/teeth related concerns, and what Gislason did with their short story Tooth Worms was hone in on that deep rooted fear (haha, get it?) And pull up some awful and disgusting horror.

It was fantastic and I wish it was longer! However it captivated a desperate night of trying to relieve oneself of  a migraine inducing pain (again we've all prodded around a pain that we may be should have left to the professionals) and the intensity of that moment (and the relatability) was perfect.

I need to go back and check out their other works.
