Part of this felt like I was reading my own memoir, but it was just different enough. I don't read nonfiction or biographies ever, but this one hit a bit closer to home and I figured I would give it a try, in case I learned something about myself. I loved how quick it was, and how it was told like a story and not just a sequence of moments in the past. And I love how open Lily is about her struggle.
