It’s beautifully written in the sense that you go through Lily’s struggles with her and feel her genuine emotions and struggle deciding what you may do in her position. I do think that you don’t get to see a romantic side of Ryle as much as is needed and so it more lustful than love however there are times where it shows the genuine love he has for her. You really feel like you are in her position throughout the book and I will definitely be reading ‘It Starts with Us’. The last 4 chapters have my heart.
