I'm torn between 3 and 4 stars.
4 stars because I loved the story and the characters and the whole idea. 3 stars because I felt the writing was basic and the story wasn't fully explored, I felt like we had just skimmed the surface and the author didn't go deep enough.
I'm going to go with 4 stars because I think the idea and the story outweigh the basic and the lack of depth in the writing.
