I loved how Ellie was portrayedโ€”relatable, strong, and constantly caring for others, to the point where she forgets herself. Her character growth was beautiful, and I really connected with her struggles. Kieran, on the other hand, took a while to grow on me. At first, his impulsiveness was frustrating, but by the end, I was rooting for him. The tension between Ellie and Kieran was good, but the spice scenes felt a bit offโ€”vague descriptions left me wanting more clarity. Overall, itโ€™s a charming read, but some elements felt overdone. Still, I enjoyed the ride and all the good food mentions!
