Murderland: Crime and Bloodlust in the Time of Serial Killers
by Caroline Fraser
dark
informative
medium-paced
Interesting but the author’s approach doesn’t feel very scientific. The book reads like she committed to her hypothesis and moved backward from there. Although she’s talented, her style can be repetitive and uninspired. For example, she loves mic-drop sentences to end paragraphs, something I noticed shortly after beginning the book.
