Now if you’re looking for a real fucked up, twisted, slightly uncomfortable read. This one is for you. The book is based massively around manipulation and vulnerability so it’s a bit of a hard read. I struggled to get into it because it felt like such a predictable plot and I must admit, slightly dragged out. But as always, McFadden surprised me and by the end of the book I couldn’t stop gasping. Great book and it flows very nicely so despite the uncomfortable topics, it’s easy on the eyes.
