Since Goodreads no longer trusts me to add a new edition when needed, I am writing this here. I listened to an audiobook, not an audio CD. But it's the right narrator, Dan Calley, so this is closer.
In a way, listening to them, rather re-listening to them, all back to back, I get to see a larger story unfolding. Added in with the Secret Histories books and the other series set in this universe, he has shown some thoughtful, in-depth worldbuilding.
