Larsson does it again!!! This book, like the first started really slowly but each piece was carefully thought out to play up the mystery and unravel it. Each time I thought I’d figured it out, I was wrong, which was kinda awesome. Obviously, because of the slow progression of the mystery and just having a complicated web of characters involved, there were times the book went veryyyy almost sluggishly slow, which made it hard to feel compelled to pick it up and read.
I really liked the storyline for Lisbeth this time around. I very quickly found myself wondering about her limits as a person. But Larsson stayed true to character with her actions overall which made me happy because I’m so invested in her as a character.
I thought this would be my last of the series, but the book ends on a cliffhanger, so I have to read book 3!
