Loved the book so much! I mean have you seen the cover. It’s so pretty that you know the story is going to be amazing.
The world building and the storytelling in this are superb. Harper is both super talented and evil in drawing out the surprise behind Harlow’s background. I need to know more!
Harlow is a normal mid-twenties working professional in DC. By normal I mean she does work like a baller BUT also dreams of four sexy as sin monsters who would do anything for her…
We get different POVs in this one, which is so good as it amps up the mystery between Harlow’s past and also lets us learn more about the guys. On the surface Harlow is a normal girl but there’s so much more to it, there’s both the main plot of her life in DC and her boss, the Senator’s re-election as well as a whole other underworld to explore.
That cliff though!! I cannot wait for the next book!
