4 🌶️ Just as with most series, the second book doesn’t hold as much attention but I still enjoyed this and will continue with the series. The ending was a huge cliffhanger, so keep that in mind if you’re the type of reader who needs the next book right away. The over arching plot moved along well and the romance continues. Definitely much spicer, which was well done. I just found it easy to put the book down fairly often. Excited to see what happens next, though!
