While I usually love a billionaire enemies to lovers romance story, this one didn't hold up. The elements of a good story were there, but there were a lot of plot points that didn't make much sense. This guy "doesn't do girlfriends", he doesn't bring women to his home, etc. But where is the motivation for him to bring her there and suddenly say that he loves her? We missed HIS part of that decision and his motivation. It was like he suddenly went from actively disliking her to asking her out "as friends" to being in love with her and I didn't feel like I was on that journey with him.

**Spoiler incoming**
And it was a bit (a lot) too convenient for his dead father's best friend to be her father and for him to have been there when his father died... the major turning point in the MMC's life. Coincidence? I don't think so. Too convenient. Too easy.
And he was in love with her when he woke up in her apartment after being drunk and belligerent? He disliked her prior to that, he threw up on her shoes, he doesn't remember it, the morning wasn't particularly thrilling... It doesn't add up.
