hmgauthier 's review for:
Bravely
by Maggie Stiefvater
“I come where there is rot, and I dig it out so that the world can begin again.”
“Her mother told her there were two kinds of people with the Sight: people who were interested in magic, and people magic was interested in.”
“She just could clearly hear her mother’s voice: Don’t climb on the holy well, Merida.”
An interesting read into personal stagnation, and how different destruction can look to each person.
Harris has a special place in my heart.
This made my heart hurt. I’ve long loved Brave and Merida and this felt like an incredibly natural progression of her story with Stiefvater’s glowing prose.
