Very fun!! The pacing was perfect, the character development and reveal of the backstories was so well done, and the side characters were so well tied in but not to a point where it was confusing/ hard to follow. The plot twists were unpredictable but not unbelievable and the ending was so GOOD of a lead up to the sequel <3 imo, the perfect YA book with all the perfect characters and plotlines. I AM biased because Romeo and Juliet is already my favourite but this made it even better

I don’t think it was anything SPECIAL; I didn’t find myself tabbing any pages/ underlining any exceptional quotes but it didn’t HAVE to be special. It was just  fun, easy escapism and I was happy for it after reading some heavier books💋
