I did not like Riverdale and I never watched the Sabrina series so I can't compare the vibes of the shows to this comic, but sharing my thoughts as an Archie Comics and comic fan.

I didn't like this 🤷🏻‍♀️ I knew it was a darker take on Sabrina the Witch, and I'm all for interesting adaptations of the Archie world.  I struggled to get invested in this. Absolutely no one was likeable.

Maybe Salem. Salem was likeable enough, but I mean Salem is the cat. He just chills around and supports Sabrina like a good kitty.

I didn't care about the story. Everything just felt depressing. I didn't love the art. I liked it at first but the bland orange washes made it all feel even more depressing IMO. I don't think I'll continue this series.

I mean, other Archie characters make guest appearances too. So yay, I guess.
