An interesting story, I certainly enjoyed the story and plot. I loved going back and forth between two places and the time lines.
The twist at the end was very well though I must admit.
I thoroughly enjoyed the beginning but was very very upset and troubled with certain parts mostly the letters from the prison.
In certain letters the character used events of his childhood to justify how he is now. Those events were clichés and in my opinion not justification enough. I found that part to be extremely superficial and easy.
Apart from that I would recommend the novel if the plot sounds interesting to you.
