this was one of those books with such immersive and engaging world building that it was tough to say goodbye. the pacing in the third part is a little uneven, and things never quite take off the way you think they might, but these are relatively minor quibbles. highly recommend to any lovers of sci-fi, especially sci-fi with queer robot sex!
