Tales of Terror and Mystery by Arthur Conan Doyle

2.0

2 1/2 stars
I wasn't very excited by many of the stories in this collection. The tales of terror weren't scary or terrifying or very suspenseful at all. The best of the terror section was the one called "The Brazilian Cat." The vest mystery to me was "The Lost Special." Some of the stories felt like they weren't going anywhere, so the author quickly resolved them. Then they were added to this collection to make a few bucks off of his name. There are no Sherlock Holmes stories included here, so if that is what you are wanting, choose a different book.
