Every Thing is F*ucked by Mark Manson

1.75

Boring! second book of TSAONGAF. It took me weeks to finish it. I missed the humourous writing style of Manson in this book. The only thing I liked in this book was the story of the monk, it was upsetting

The monk burnt himself alive, and it's said that burning alive to death is the worse and the most painful death. He wanted to raise his voice so that people could hear him, the genocide that Buddhist community was facing and it happened in 1954, now it's 2024, 70 years. It's been 70 FUVKING YEARS and people are still giving themselves this painful death so that world could see. A Congolese set himself on fire because of the genocide in Congo, an American set himself on fire so that people could open their eyes and see the genocide happening in Gaza, Palestine. this is devastating:(
