Life In Pieces
by Dawn O'Porter
It started off well enough but it quickly stagnated. It's VERY repetitive and it could have been a 10 pages book. Although, if I'm being honest, it shouldn't have been a book at all. I like the way Dawn writes but I didn't see the point in this. Absolutely nothing remotely interesting happened - although it is a collection of stories of what she got up to in lockdown so what was I expecting, really? The only saving grace is that I got it for 99p on a kindle deal.
One star because I did enjoy the first few chapters (before everything was repeated over and over in future chapters), and one star for her writing style.
