Boundaries: When to Say Yes, How to Say No to Take Control of Your Life by Henry Cloud, John Townsend

4.0

Again, if you don't like biblical undertones, do not get this book.

If you don't mind them, then it can be useful. Toward the end it started repeating itself. I like when self-help books do this because when you notice repetition it means you've actually learned something and it's becoming an integral part of your life. There were some parts of this book where I felt like I learned a lot, and some chapters I felt like I was wasting my time on. However, it was really good for taking notes, so I'm very grateful that I picked it up and read it nonetheless.
