A juicy cozy mystery with the perfect mix of grit, excitement, and a little love sprinkled in for good measure. My favorite character was Andrew. His appearance was brief but I loved him so.
Rook always seems to be in the wrong place at the right time and I feel like there is so much more to him than meets the eye. There are hints of his life before the fire and his mysteriousness made me keep reading this book to the end. I am looking forward to the other books in this series. The ending from this book definitely leaves you wondering what will happen next.
