by Edward Snowden
A remarkable memoir, told with humour and particularly relatable in parts for someone who grew up in the 80s playing computer games, programming in Basic and then went on to get a degree and pursue a career in IT. However, whilst this book may appeal more to geeks than most, there is something in this for everyone. The themes of conflict, morality, family, sacrifice and struggling with cognitive dissonance and things, work or personal, that conflict with our value systems, can probably be appreciated by most.
