General Comments: Delightfully straightforward; it ticks off the suspense boxes with ease. The story is firmly anchored in reality using clever narratives and phenomenal, atmospheric real-world descriptions. It is the perfect amount of spookiness; mystery; and action, hooking you from the very first page. Each character felt real; enhanced with the prominent theme of friendship – even if your best friend is a ghost.

Favourite Quote: ‘Embrace your strange, dear daughter. Where’s the fun in being normal?’
