What it is: a repetitive work of fiction with 10 pages of actual information and the remaining 300 with a plot

What it should’ve been: a non-fiction of ~100 pages with the information laid out in a more concrete fashion and no fictional characters included. 

There is good information in here but it feels tedious to even get to it because of this whole random plot the author decided to come up with. You’re better off finding a summary for each of the habits on the internet.
