Uncomfortable Conversations with a Black Man
by Emmanuel Acho
(4.25/5) This is a great read (or listen) for anyone. I appreciated both the discussion and the tools provided (e.g., "for more information on this, look into XYZ"). Would definitely recommend for those looking to learn more about America's history of racism (and how you can be anti-racist) in a very accessible and straightforward way. Acho does a fantastic job of connecting the dots between different areas of injustice and pointing out how each affects the others without making it feel too academic. Please, please read this book!
