This was a nice way to wrap up the Wild family’s stories. I had been waiting for this second chance Romeo and Juliet vibes book from the start of the series and it was well done. I LOVED the prologue soooo much. Literally I listened to it and was like “oh, okay, that’s how this is gonna go down” and then proceeded to fly through the rest of the book. Holden was so much more complex than I would have ever thought and I enjoyed Millie as well. I will say that there were a couple moments I wasn’t entirely in the story, but I think it’s a me problem! Beyond that, I think this book has such a strong premise, but for me something was off and I don’t know what it was (which really frustrates me). The narrators were wonderful and truly made the characters come to life.
