As a younger kid, I was obsessively in love with the series of unfortunate events, so I wanted to read some of Daniel Handlers other works of fiction,. This was pretty good, filled with the world play and imagery I loved in those beloved childhood books. I'm looking forward to reading his adult novels and seeing how his voice changes depending on his target audience.
