Easily my Favourite book of 2020
I bought it for my trans friend after my nana said she might like it and she absolutely loved it and loaned it to me. I am going out to get my own ASAP.
I loved the main character and all I wanted to do was help her. I also had a deep dislike for her mum and Steve who deserves everything they got.
It was so strange to read a book and know exactly where something is happening. I live in Perth so it was super trippy reading and seeing Fremantle my favourite place ever or even Aberdeen street where I went to Tafe, My friend even lives in Roleystone. I absolutely loved it.
I recommend that everyone absolutely needs to read this beautifully written, deeply emotional story.
