Back to the Future: Untold Tales and Alternate Timelines by John Barber, Bob Gale, Erik Burnham, Kelly Fitzpatrick

5.0

With such a perfect on-screen trilogy, it was with some trepidation I read this. The introduction even voiced the same concerns the creators of this book had. In the end, they did a sterling job of fleshing out the universe without compromising anything already established. This is a lovingly crafted series of short stories covering first meetings, inspirations and other character motivations loosely interspersed with Doc Brown narrating his life story to his children.
