 Fairydale is a beautifully written and unique love story that stands out from anything I’ve read recently. I really enjoyed the historical gothic elements and the shifting timelines, which added depth and atmosphere. At times, it was a bit confusing (and honestly felt like a total mindf*ck 😂), especially in the beginning, but with patience, the pieces fall into place. Some sections did drag a little and could’ve been trimmed down, but overall, this was a haunting, captivating story that’s worth the read. I’d definitely pick up more books by Veronica Lancet in the future.
