Hmm…I have mixed feelings about this book. On one hand, it’s super cliche, sometimes cringy, and punch-the-main-character-in-the-face worthy. On the other hand, the overall storyline is heartbreakingly beautiful. Let me just say, I was NOT prepared for the emotional mess this book would leave me in on multiple occasions. I wasn’t ready for the big reveal and in my head went a totally different way with my prediction. I haven’t read a book that had brought me to tears in a while but this one did several times so just brace yourself for that. Poppy and Rune are the soul mates that everyone seeks and only few are lucky enough to find.

Bonus points for a character having the same name as my son because I never see Judson’s name anywhere.
