The Matchmaker and the Marquess by Scarlett Scott

3.0

Marquess Of Dorset has hated Lady Clementine Hammond for years. Clementine is famous for catching couples in "compromising" positions and making sure that they end up married to eachother. Her matchmaking abilities had separated him from a woman Dorset had loved dearly and he'd been determined to avoid ever coming face to face with Clementine.

Unfortunately for him, just that happens at a country dance arranged by Lady Fangfoss and if that wasn't worse, they're both found in a compromising position after an incident involving a certain bee. And Dorset takes this as an opportunity to give Clementine a taste of her own medicine.

I find it slightly unnerving that Dorset who claims to have hated Clementine for years later says that he's in love with her just because his penis stands tall at her thoughts. o_O

The plot also felt mundane since they hardly ventured away from the house party.
