Edge of your seat and action-packed! Listened to the audiobook and I have to hand it to Judy Greer for making Kate believable as a flaky, neurotic who finds her inner badass. If you prefer stories with a happy ending, this ain't it. If you like monster stories interspersed with real zoological lessons (think:Jane Goodall), this might be for you. I tore through this in two days.
