Wonderful Alexander and the Catwings by Ursula K. Le Guin

4.0

Another lovely entry to the Le Guin and Schindler Catwings series. Although I didn't find the language quite as well played as the other texts, Schindler's illustrations are still glorious and the story is a beautiful little tale which follows the adventures of Alexander. A wingless cat from a wealthy owner who sees his beauty and skill as limitless until he encounters a problem which puts him in jeopardy. A fine addition to readers who are just taking flight
