After being dismissed earlier than usual in class, I decided to drop by at a mall and visit our local bookstore; I just thought it would be a great idea to do my usual routine in there--that is, to have long silent, walks along shelves upon shelves of books while running my fingers on their spines (ala Liesel Meminger) to relieve me of my stress during the midterms week. Then, the sight of this book greeted me, and since the bookworm in me can't resist the sight of a fairly short and beautifully drawn wordless comic, I gave it a go just to pass the time before I decide to go home.

I liked the artful illustrations, there were some parts that I think needed some dialogue to be understood but it's fine since, I think, the author wanted the readers to create their own interpretation of the whole story.

I did not know that there was a previous issue so that makes this comic a sequel, but somehow, in my experience it is still readable as a stand alone. Maybe not having read issue #1 is the reason why I did not enjoy it wholly enough. So next time I visit the bookstore, I'm going to try to find the first one and see if my opinion changes.
